Pool Application

1. Pool is for Association Members only. Two guests per family are allowed. Please contact POA Management if you have a unique situation and have a larger group for a one- time event.


2. Users must be 16 years or older, unless accompanied and supervised by a homeowner parent or competent person at least 16 year of age on the pool deck on in the water.


3. No animals, bikes, skateboards or scooters allowed inside recreation area.


4. No Smoking or smokeless tobacco inside recreation area.


5. No radios or portable music devices unless accompanied by a headset.


6. Young children who are not yet potty-trained must wear swim diapers.


7. No running, diving or unnecessary roughness, pushing, horseplay or profanity.


8. No glass containers of any sort in the pool.


9. Proper bathing suits are required.


10. No Frisbees, rubber balls, tennis balls or hard ball of any kind are allowed in the pool. Inflatable beach balls and “Nerf” softballs are permitted.


11. Person with communicable or infectious conditions shall not be permitted in the pool.


12. Failure to abide by the rules may result in the patron being asked to leave the recreation facility.


13. Patron must be responsible for cleaning up his/her area before leaving the pool deck.


14. Never prop gate open.


Penalties for residents not abiding by any and all recreation area rules:


First Offense: Written warning to property owner


Second Offense: $50 fine (proceeds to POA)


Third Offense: Pool use privilege denied for 30 days


PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PARENTS, WHETHER PRESENT OR NOT, WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 

THE BEHAVIOR OF THEIR CHILDREN. RESIDENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF THEIR GUESTS.
